Any included launch support is limited to the period and tasks written in your proposal. It normally covers clarifying the handover, correcting defects in the agreed deliverable and helping with the configured setup.
Website updates, content changes, backups, plugin updates, SEO work, advertising management and new features are ongoing services unless your agreement says otherwise. Scope, response time and monthly or per-task fees are agreed before the work starts.
Email hello@webmaginary.com with the website or account, the requested change, screenshots or links, and the desired deadline. Keep one request per email where possible so we can track it accurately.
We prioritise confirmed security or availability issues, then launch-blocking defects, then routine updates and improvements. Response times depend on the support arrangement, issue severity, current workload and third-party availability.
Urgent 24/7 monitoring, guaranteed ranking or advertising results, third-party outages, malware removal, major redesigns, new functionality, content creation and changes outside the agreed platform are not included unless specifically quoted.
Keep account billing active, maintain ownership of domains and advertising accounts, approve changes promptly, and provide current access and content. Delays in these areas can change the delivery date.
